I remember seeing him for the first time back in 1995 during his It's A Mystery tour. It was my first major concert, I was ten at the time. My folks used to play his music all the time when we were going on vacation - it was a funny little ritual we did. From where we lived in West Virginia to Myrtle Beach it was around 9 hours or so and those 9 hours were mostly Seger. I just got done writing down the twisted sick riff from Mastadon's The Last Baron.

I work full time and I take care of two retired people at night so I don't have any time for music anymore but this kat named Ben Eller picks a riff every week and breaks it down and teaches it note for note and saves me the time of learning it at the slowdown deck myself.

This is my second time seeing him and each show is always at the top. Although I don't go to many shows anymore. His I recommend.

Today is my youngest brother's wedding so I need to start getting my nice polo shirt and khaki pants on and start heading out of town and see other family members before the wedding later today.

Plus Im trying to get over the flu thats been going around and a case of diarrhea
