Small world... you're not far off, I work on the supply chain side of their biggest competitor.

OT: Just got home from work, sitting here having a beer or two while I wait for the Girl to come home. Wonder if she's going to be up to doing anything for V-Day or if the chocolate bouquet I sent her today was enough to keep me out of the dog house tonight.

Resident Evil 2 for original Playstation sure is a bit pricey even when people are selling the game by just the discs. What the hell Do they just throw away the entire game case and instruction booklet?

got home a little bit ago from working (not my regular job...but i helped my friends with some flower deliveries)

Checking to see if a Dunkin Donuts card I got for Christmas is any good lol. I'm just about to use it and would hate to get to the counter and be told that a)it's not valid or b)I need to register it first. I'm very careful about avoiding embarrassing situations

Just finished reading chapter 5 for my Intro to Counseling class and got an 11/15 on the subsequent quiz. A lot better than the 7 and 8 I got on the 2 previous quizzes, should probably make a more concerted effort to study for my classes.

Get the impression intro to counseling is meant for further down the road when I'm about to begin my clinical rotations to become a LMFT so I'm surprised the university let me take it now.

*went to my sister's house and cut down some bamboo
*went and got lunch from subway
*went to home depot and picked up some things
*came home and did a bit of yard work...and got all sweaty

Just got off an online chat with DirecTV about getting me setup with their 4K. Was hoping they could simply send me the new receiver and I would install it. Nope. Apparently that's too easy. So the install is next week. Hate having someone's grub hooks messing with my system. Looking forward to the Masters in 4K HDR tho.

Yep. Which not only makes me beholden to their install window but now I have to let Joe-the-ragman trape thru my house, put his greasy grub hooks all over my system and do exactly what I would have done.
