Back in this dank little waiting room. Still no updates, but hey I finally got something to eat - bag of potato chips and a microwaved burrito from the convenience store across the street, oh and a cup of coffee for the Girl.

Streaming the 6 o'clock news and waiting.......for this wifi connection to inevitably fail....... I freaking hate hospitals!

The wifi sucked when I worked at Barnes and Noble. We had At&t hope you have something a wee bit better. Hopefully updates will come soon. I hate that you have to wait what seems like forever just for an update.

Put a bunch of clothes in the washer.

State tax office wrote a letter informing me that I forgot to include another form with my taxes. Now, trying to fill-out this form online and I will be sending it in electronically. Hopefully, this will increase my refund.

Anyone else in the Los Angeles area?

I went to the grocery store this morning and there were Painted Ladies (butterflies) all over the place when I was driving around. Went out later in the day, and there were still more Painted Ladies flying about.

Apparently there was a mass migration of painted ladies because abundant rain caused abundant vegetation in the desert, food for the butterflies.

The Los Angeles Times even wrote about it:
