I can't find boots anymore and I'm skittish about buying online because I'm a different size in almost every company.

A Christmas party in the middle of the day? We had ours at The Rivers Casino on Saturday. My company also sprang for rooms and $20 in casino cash to start the initial money loss!

Lucy: I buy shoes online, but it has to be something I am really crazy about. I either already know my size in the design or the store has a good return policy, OR, they have a B&M store I can return it to. Shoes are tricky.

My company Christmas party is next week. And its always at our local Country Club (where the wealthy live) and they always give everyone a $300 Christmas gift.

Last year I won $500. This year I want to double that amount

Our College party is today then the department is next Friday. I am going to need to bake 3 pans of brownies this weekend then Thursday I need to make 12 dozen cookies.

Sort of like how you guys just have an extended spring compared to our brutal summers.

I'd take the cold and snow again any day over the unfathomable heat and humidity.

we have every year - and I never go. could not be bothered ... same this year. it was couple of weeks ago. if I party, I party with friends ( the few I have ) not with people from office ... BllaaahHhhh !

Exactly!!!

Last summer we had about 2 weeks where it was 90-95 w/really high humidity.

It’s not the heat it’s the humidity up here that kills u.

The only x-mas party we get where I work is a holiday lunch which is next Friday.

And we also get a 45 min. lunch vs. 35 min.
