About to finish this Coke I drank with my dinner and move up to a big boy drink. Another slamming night, but got to close with the other lead. I might be speaking to the store manager and see if he’ll let me do a few more shifts with them.

Found out we’re losing our receiving lead and wondering how fast they can hire and train someone new. Between the assistant manager and I still needing to get trained up and upcoming inventory it couldn’t have happened at a worse time. Hopefully I can enjoy my day off tomorrow without a hitch. Night all.

Sitting here wishing I could have a “Could you do me a favor?” free day and get to sleep in on my days off. Washing The MiL’s sheets while they’re at a doctor’s appointment. Going to clean up and take a shower once I get everything back on the bed. Debating on if I’m going to strip our bed too. Why we don’t have backup bedding is beyond me.

About to go to bed. We’ve been watching The Chef Show. Hopefully I have enough bourbon in me that I will sleep like a baby and hopefully be okay for the early morning shift. I’m hoping the shift goes by fast. I’ve been very unmotivated and wondering if I’m over my head. A lot of information being thrown at me. The Mrs is no help, because I think she’ll tell me anything to make sure I don’t quit. Which isn’t the plan. I just need reassurance

Finally getting out of the doctor's office, kid's got a clean bill of health but we still don't know why she gets easily dehydrated. We're gonna get cleaned up and go back to the fair tonight, 2nd feature of the demo derby and a friend of mine needs help maintaining his entries(he's got 8 tonight)
