Don’t you guys have any projects when there’s downtime sk33tr? I swear there’s never a lull in our day. I had price changes yesterday and still didn’t finish my clearance tags because we were so busy.

we do....but i'm usually not involved with any of them. and any projects i might have, normally only take me a few minutes to do, lol.

but most times, if it's slow i'm just standing around trying to think of shit to do to pass the time. but it does help us get out of there quick at closing time. and saturdays? if there are games on (like normal) in the fall, then you can forget about being busy on that day. in this state, it's either Alabama or Auburn. and if one plays early and the other late, then we're slow as hell pretty much the whole day.

finally got my mom to start paying her bills on line about 2 years ago. the only she doesn't is the water bill 'cause they actually charge you more for doing that....which is absolutely insane.

like the dmv charging more to pay for your tags and driver's license online.

Gotcha! Our problem is we’re behind on resets and more keep dropping by the day. It doesn’t help that the store manager isn’t communicating with us when he’s assigning tasks to team members. Plus I have price changes on Monday’s and Thursday’s weekly. Not to mention freight dropping that needs to be worked.

Hell, apparently me showing up on my day off ruffled feathers. Because despite me coming in on shorts, customers recognize that I work there and ask for assistance. The ASM was reading me the regulations as I was trying to get paid for my mileage from last weeks training. I can’t help it if people like my customer service skills over yours. You can’t sell shit from the back pal
