oh yeah it definitely did. I started out freezing but sweating profusely, thinking I was just getting sick I threw on another layer and went back to work. Then every other time I had to bend over to pick something up or something I would get really dizzy to the point where I didn't know where I was or what I was doing. I'm on my feet operating heavy machinery for 10-13 hrs a day so it was even more concerning if I would've passed out (luckily I didn't and even managed to drive myself to the hospital on my way home). Anyway, trip to "urgent" care (such irony in that name...I was waiting close to 2 hrs and spent another 4 in the examining room just to be seen by a physician) only yielded that I was dehydrated and malnourished. Rehydrated me and prescribed some chalky electrolyte powder to mix with water because apparently plain water isn't enough, they also recommend a well balanced diet, giving up sugary drinks (no problem since I gave that shit up years ago), coffee/beer(yeah...that's not happening) and of course regular sleep.

Just emailing the guy I get Coq from to let him know which items I'd like. Going to keep it small (two or three items) for now since I don't have a lot of extra money to spend on things I don't really need.
The hoodie is €115 and I need to just do it and not think about it because if I do, I'll realize how crazy I am lol I think I'll pass on the €95 sweat pants for now even though they'd match the hoodie. I think I'll go with an overpriced tee shirt instead

I don't usually criticize how others spend their money but did you just spend $122 on a pair of sweat pants?

Ot: getting ready to clock in for the day..hopefully I don't have another episode like yesterday. The wife threw a gallon of water in the backseat of the jeep as a hint for me to drink more, thing is its below freezing so now I'm hauling around a big block of ice...yeah she thought that one through,I guess.

Well, it’s actually a brand that most people probably haven’t heard of I actually didn’t go with the sweats yet but maybe some time in the future, I’ll get them. They do put stuff on sale occasionally so maybe I’ll get lucky 🍀
