Just hooked up a indoor HD Antenna, even living in the middle of nowhere I still managed to pick up six OTA channels, just another step closer to canceling our cable subscription next week. Now if only we had an alternative for our Internet...

Just poured a glass of cold tea after cleaning the filter on my heater/ac unit in my place. My landlord made it sound like a big deal, but all I did was clean it and reset the filter button. I may swing by a Lowe’s or Home Depot to make sure it is the right filter. Anyway, have the day off and debating on my next plan of attack.

Watching that infomercial for the Bravo smart oven on tv. Damn, that oven looks so good, but I wouldn’t pay $180 for it.

Just got home from a crazy 15 hour work day, watching Unaccompanied Minors (2006) with the family and slugging back a few Yuenglings with my SIL. Thinking about switching to something stronger, but also considering on waking up early to work some OT tomorrow and I'm getting too old to work while hungover.

me and a friend used to do that back in the early-mid 90s. we'd show up to work on sunday, hungover as hell. but we'd work our full shift. i worked at a restaurant back then (assistant manager), so eating lots of bread helped to soak up the alcohol and get back to 100%...

ot: sitting at work...it's slow (thankfully)

I have to do a lil roadtrip today. My son asked me over for early Christmas Dinner. He leaves for work tomorrow. I'd like to bail, but I don't want to disappoint him.
Now that I'm writing this, it's got me thinking. My son is the only one who's asked me over. None of my 3 sisters have nor my daughter. I moved here to be closer to them and none of them have asked me over. Just my son who's 300 kms away.
I better go. I can't disappoint the only Loved One who's asked.

eating lunch (spaghetti) and watching a video about how to remove the radio in an altima. my mom's radio isn't working. i've checked the appropriate fuse and they look fine. so i need to pull the radio to see if there's an interior fuse or find out what's going on with it.
