We were sat next to a couple of wonderful Russian ladies and their hilarious husbands yesterday and we all got rat arsed together. Just found out our drinks bill was £400. Ffs! Why on earth did I do that? What an utter twat.

Didn’t want to go home so decided to stay another night. We thought we’d treat ourselves to a bigger suite and they put us in the one that Winston Churchill stayed in. Only problem being that we stayed in that one shortly after my dad passed away so didn’t want to stay in it again. Got another suite with lovely views so a happy bunny again.

Had brekkie with a large Bloody Mary (expertly made) now we’re back over at the spa and I’m on the Blood Orange cocktails. Off to do afternoon tea at the Michelin* gaf over the road at 1pm if I make it lol.

The menus are all stood up that way by default. The page was left opened to show what the ingredients were of my drink. Unfortunately the price is printed along side the description. It’s a real bummer I know, but not much I can do about that. I’ll blur it out next time for fear of offending.

My whole ideology for life is that you can’t take it with you so enjoy it while you’re here. I felt sick to the stomach when I woke up the next day to that bar bill but, you know what, I don’t give a monkeys now. It was reckless and stupid, but also huge fun at the time.
