I used the F12 (at boot) hardware diagnostics. This is what the Dell XPS laptop support person told me to do. Hey, I do whatever they want although I already told them what was wrong when I started the call.

Right now, I am setting up my wife's new laptop and also getting ready to go get a haircut in about 30 minutes.

Cold front pushing through so it's going to be in the upper 30's to lower 40's for tonight. All I need is a jacket for tomorrow and I'm good. Saturday into next week, it will be back in the upper 70's!
