Spending my afternoon before leaving for work trying to cobble together all the bits and pieces I need to get the ball rolling on this huge 300 point assignment for my informal teaching class. Pretty sure that means it's worth 30% of the final grade, jeez lol. Better make sure it's good in that case, will probably determine whether or not I get the A I want in the class.

There, almost done with that project, tomorrow I will add narration to the slides and then upload it to YT. Glad to have the majority of that assignment done it was a lot of work lol, pretty sure it was 3+ hours of work and I still have to narrate the slides and make sure it goes over 15 minutes so that's probably another 30+ minutes of work. Oh well, worth about 40% of my grade so definitely worth the effort.

Helped out at Straw Hat today and now relaxing at the restaurant before I take off. I'm going to help tomorrow and plan on getting a free meal for Veteran's Day as well.

Woke up ridiculously early today for some reason, I'm now continuing my Supernatural marathon and wondering if Mother Nature will spare us of the rain in the forecast so I can change the oil and rotate the tires on my truck. Quick/easy jobs but I'd rather not do it in the rain.

EDIT: In other news, "Cancel Culture" has slithered its way into Johnny Depp's personal life and they are talking about replacing him with Mads Mikkelsen in Fantastic Beasts 3. Obvious social issues aside...does anyone give a flying fugazi about Fantastic Beasts THREE? Fantastic Beasts 1 left nothing to be desired. Nobody is going to the movies. Hollywood is tanking.

i never watched any but where is the story coming from. i mean the HP novels were thick and there was that one book that seemed rather thin for fb. so are they making the stuff up?

I have no idea. I know I liked Harry Potter and based on the fact that Fantastic Beasts was a book they read in school in the Harry Potter stories, I checked the movie out and it was painful to watch so I bailed. I'm pretty sure the reception (even among die hard fans) was luke warm.
