Got the car in for service since I had to replace the battery. Its stupid the Transmission error comes on after I got AAA to put a new battery in the car. Should have told AAA about it but probably still would have to take to the damn dealer. its annoying. I don't have the funds for a damn car it seems.

About to have a tiny breakfast after having a chicken fries meal from Burger King last night. Then headed to the gym for some lifting before more exam review for my Child Advocacy class. Will try this weekend to review for my other 2 finals as well. I did read 250 pages on Tuesday and 60 on Thursday so that's pretty good, fingers crossed I finish a second term in a row with straight A's and give my rising GPA a shot in the arm.

and gearing up for a day on the couch with my Love. She actually asked me when I got home last night if we could do nothing but watch movies/TV today. Woke up with low temps below zero,so I don't see a problem with that. Maybe I can finally make a dent on my overgrown unwatched DVD/Blu-ray shelf...unless she wants to binge her rom-coms again, the sacrifices I'm willing to make for her!

lunch

been out in my shop working on the drawers for my new work/storage bench. i'm done with the carcasses and just need to get them installed; but i need some more drawer slides ($15/set x 6). i also made some small drawers for the spaces under the material supports on my miter saw station. they'll be good for small parts, etc.
