Working til 5:00 then home to bed. I'm so exhausted today, I couldn't sleep last night at all and I can't really afford it but I may be taking tomorrow off. At least I get to sleep in Sunday as our crew doesn't have to report until 10am.

Normally I'd put this in the covid thread, but heads up for anyone like me who received a stimulus check last time - I got a card in the mail instead of a check.

Here's an article about what it looks like so you don't throw it away:

CNBC - Don’t mistake your stimulus payment for junk mail

I kinda get that they're making it easier for the "unbanked" (and there are probably more nowadays) but you have to activate it by calling the number, then set up a username/password and "security" questions, then enter in your bank info to transfer money to your bank. Be sure to disable your adblocker too.

I have a bad feeling that this won't go as well as checks and it may end up in the news cycle again...

Working til 4:30-5pm then I've gotta drop some stuff off at my parents' house. Just odds and ends we don't want to take to Kentucky with us. We're both entertaining the option of selling off every thing we own except for family heirlooms and just starting fresh in our new home state.
