Taking a longer dinner break than I planned to. The idiot I'm working with took a 10 minute stand around break, a 40 minute dinner break and a 10 minute bathroom break. No wonder a supervisor called him a slacker last week.

Set up a Tuesday afternoon interview for tomorrow for a material management position, hope I get it. I appreciate the paycheck from my current job but I don't really like anything else about it lol.

when i was insurance shopping a few years ago, i had the opposite experience. state farm was WAY above what progressive was.

and at the time i was a mid-40s guy with no tickets and no accidents.

Dunno what machine I’ll be on today but I’m definitely taking my break so I can snooze a bit.
We usually don’t take our breaks but my supervisor treats us well and won’t have a problem with that.

Yesterday was a major crew change day and nobody got out because of fog.

and watching Happiness by the Mile on YouTube, I'm not really interested in trucking or vlog related channels but I've been hooked on this one the last couple days and ironically even my GF likes it and she doesn't even watch anything on YouTube.

Up early this morning as I'm expecting my brother to show up this morning to help me take a couple loads from my storage locker to the local donation center because there's no way I'm paying for storage in NY while living nearly 1000miles away and this stuff has been sitting for YEARS untouched so it isn't going with us.

My LEGO store gets their order today so I'm going to see if they have the Harry Potter Classroom theme books tonight so I can hopefully get the Monster Book of Monsters giveaway book.

I kinda get that they're making it easier for the "unbanked" (and there are probably more nowadays) but you have to activate it by calling the number, then set up a username/password and "security" questions, then enter in your bank info to transfer money to your bank. Be sure to disable your adblocker too.

I have a bad feeling that this won't go as well as checks and it may end up in the news cycle again...

Quotin' myself for an update. It took a couple of business days for the ACH transfer of the stimulus card but it finally went through to the bank.

If you have friends or family who got a check last time, refer them to the CNBC article so they don't throw out the card.

I have gotten my stimulus. I have been stimulated.
