ot: trying out a new (to me) brand of coffee. i bought a small pack of dunkin donuts regular blend, today, and i wanted to give it a try. if i like it, i might try some of their other flavors.

Worked a Sunday 6-2:30 shift for the first time ever at my new job. I was alone and I'm still pretty new so there were a few bumps but I though it went reasonably well. Not sure my boss would've agreed with me spending about 1/3 of the shift studying after I finished my main duties but I couldn't think of anything else to do lol. I probably would've at least disposed of all the boxed I broke down if it hadn't been snowing.
Between the studying at work and all the mini-articles I read today, in addition to the discussion replies I made tonight, I'd say I got a ridiculous amount of schoolwork done.
Hopefully I can keep that momentum going tomorrow, still have that goal in mind of getting all A's for my final term of my bachelor's.

I know a lot of people like dunkin's coffee but I can't stand it. Always so bitter which probably explains why most have to add sugar & cream to it. I'd rather have a cup of McCafe or obviously my beloved Black Rifle, both actually cheaper believe or not.

not many people showed up, today, due to the “weather”. and by “weather” i mean cold temps and a VERY light dusting of snow.

i live further than everyone else, minus one person, and i made it in just fine (so did that other person). no ice or snow on the roads/interstates. people are just being lazy and blaming it on the weather.

Forecast showed 8-12 inches of snow for us last night, we only got freezing rain and some sleet. I drove in for some overtime regardless and had no problem in 2WD, but that didn't stop half this shift from calling out. Oh well, makes for an Easy 10hr day for me although extremely boring.

OT: two more hours to go, I'm thinking pizza hot wings and some Ice cold beer is on for dinner tonight. Next 2 days off!

Pretty happy it was (for the most part) dead for us today. I wasn't feeling it today especially after taking Friday off and my first time having President's Day off yesterday in the 16 or so years I've been working for the company.

I finished helping my sister and her friend, then they took me to a good lunch.
Now home and gonna siesta.
When I awake, I'd like to organize the downstairs a bit, especially the movie collection.
