I sent a package to Norway last year that never made it. I've been shipping internationally for 14 years, don't do a ton of sourcing but I've shipped at least 100 packages overseas and I've never had a problem with a package not getting delivered until this one. I think the package contained 41 movies and the shipping alone was $117.

I've been helping my friend for a number of years so I've got a good track record but I can't believe how well he has handled it. I don't run a business, I don't make a profit so I'm not responsible when something like this happens.

So right now I'm checking some of the movies out on the database to see what they're going for right now. I'm going to try and get a few of them back. The problem is that, like me, he is BIG on slipcovers and I know not all of the films will still have copies that come with one.

As soon as I'm done with this, which is about now, I'll head to Walmart to pick up a grocery order that's ready for me.

Just got home from work, showered, eaten and finally ready for bed. Started to reply to a text from my Ex in regards to our daughter, when my daughter decided to text me so I've been talking to her. She hasn't been sleeping well lately, she has a doctor's appointment on Monday to run further tests in regard to her difficult breathing and my Ex is thinking about taking her to see a psychologist to help with the night terrors that she's been having

It's Friday babbbyyyy...my 6th day of work, which means I get tomorrow off. Probably won't do anything special besides laundry, catch up on some sleep and finish paperwork re: my side business tomorrow. Next week should be interesting, the other guys on this shift want to go back to working days and bail out early next Friday to get on the road early back home. I'm hoping to secure an extension for at least another two weeks which would take me right to my upcoming Labor Day Weekend vacation.

Finally got a fourth photo of Janet Gaynor printed and framed, so I added it my collection. All four photos are in order by the film's year. It's always hard hanging frames in this house because it was oddly built in some areas, so there's small sections that aren't 100% level (like the top of the closet opening). But I think I got them more or less even.

Monday morning and just finished watching Mary Queen Of Scots. This was the first viewing since seeing it in the theater. I'm a sucker for this period stuff especially when it's based on real events.

Now going to browse a bit, look at some stuff I'd like to buy, realize I'm too broke to get anything and then cry myself to sleep

I've seen Doctor Strange In The Multiverse of Madness so many times now I'm in my own little multiverse. I definitely refer to that movie as "Scarlet Witch" though.

Drinking another cup of weak AF hotel coffee and watching Batman & Robin on BBC America while I wait for a call or text from my Ex to find out how my daughter's doctor's appointment went this morning. Preparing to go into work tonight, looks like I probably won't get approved for another two weeks of OT here sadly despite how much they really need extra help.

I just replaced another movie for my buddy John whose package containing about 41 movies went AWOL last year. I've replaced the Back To The Future Trilogy 4K, LOTR Trilogy 4K and I've just placed a Walmart order for the deluxe edition of The Omen. The first two were purchased for cheaper than what we originally bought for but of course now I'm using my own money

I'm going to surprise him when they all arrive and then let him pick out one more title probably.

Now I'm going to go out and enjoy my day off. Not sure what I'm going to do yet but more than likely I'll end up at Costco for a hot dog and strawberry sundae later

It’s odd that my work one sucks badly while my wife’s and our government one are great!

The Wife is preparing brunch, which smells delicious, then I gotta get stuff to prepare for work.

Yeah, I've heard of E40. I don't listen to hip-hop; just the occasional tune on Spotify when I'm playlist-hoppin and wind up on something I don't normally listen to. lol.
