Taking a break from sorting through my late wife's stuff to take to the donation center and drinking some green tea while researching cities in Pennsylvania to move to this year. Looking to move back to the northeast,but not particularly interested in moving back to New York. At this point I've narrowed it down to either Vermont or Pennsylvania, still close to family in NY but not too close if that makes sense.

Watching some motivational speech videos on YouTube. Surprisingly there's some good ones on there, I'm thinking about downloading a couple to listen to during workout sessions.

As a Pennsyltuckian, I’d be glad to answer any questions you have regarding the best areas to move to within the Commonwealth.

Noticed a week ago during Lawrence of Arabia's main theme that my right surround started rattling in the higher frequencies. Took it apart, blew some compressed air carefully in, made sure the cables connecting the driver were firmly in. Tried taking the big driver off as well, but it's glued. Checked that part in Lawrence again, seems good now. I hope. Think Sony only offers a three month warranty, already expired.

Did some shopping today and brought back some Indian for dinner. Pretty good and the dog surprisingly took some of the spicy lamb bits from my biryani haha.

Pennsyltuckian, HA that's a good one! I'm looking at the Hazleton area,as I'm trying to get custody of my daughter back and that would put her close to her grandparents. Fortunately despite some differences I've had with my Ex, I still get along with my former in-laws. Otherwise I don't really have much prospects. All I've ever done is drive through the state many times, I've visited with the in-laws and even worked for 2 weeks in the Pottsville area once.


OT; Drinking some coffee and continuing to de-clutter this apartment. I'm waiting for it to warm up a bit outside so I can clean out the truck too, I keep putting it off. I've had empty coffee cups, water bottles and energy drink cans rolling around the front for months now, I'm such a slob I know, and it's starting to get annoying.

Nursing a hangover. I found a half-full old bottle of scotch in the back of my wife's closet yesterday and decided to indulge. Long story short, I may have over-indulged a bit. Anyway, I'm drinking some coffee and debating on what I'm going to do today, probably not much of anything given how I'm feeling right now.

I think you mentioned Hazleton previously a while back so I'm sure you know it pretty well. I was actually in Hazleton last week...heh. I was at Harry's U-Pull it looking for some car parts. I dated a girl from there not too long ago, but she was crazy and had the worst suggestions when it came to places to eat in H-town.

Hazleton is nice for the fact that it has a decent amount of shops without the traffic you'll find in Scranton or Wilkes-Barre.

Working on dinner at the moment. Lobster ravioli!

I caved and picked up some beer tonight for the first time in over a month so I'm just relaxing with a cold one or three, catching up on some YouTube subs and thinking about re-playing some Last of Us on the PS4. I can't get enough of that game, I want to check out the new series on HBOMax but I can't bring myself to subscribe to another streaming service right now(I have Netflix & Paramount+ and rarely use either)

Sitting in Denny's at 2:42am and waiting to head over to work which is right around the way. I start at 3:30am and while I'm hoping that I work 8 hours, I wouldn't mind getting off after 6 and heading over to Mountain Mike's for pizza buffet for lunch. Not many places have started serving the buffet again but there are two MMs that I know have and I'm grateful for that.
