Fixing a big pot of beans (the magical fruit) with some corn on the cob. My cholesterol and blood pressure were so high during my last up that I should be dead. Doc said beans are one of the best foods to lower them.

Finishing another cup of coffee and finishing up some work before I clock out for the week. I'm going off grid for a couple days and wanted to make sure everything was set so I don't return to a bunch of unnecessary e-mails and texts. It's supposed to be in the high 80s with a chance of thunderstorms midweek. Looking forward to disconnecting from everything for a couple days.

Drinking lots of water. I have a doctor's appointment in two hours and I am going to have lab work done, hoping being hydrated helps the nurse find a vein so I don't get stuck 68 times.

I also gathered up all of my remaining 4K UHDs to trade in after the doctors appointment. I am tired of messing with them.

Killing time and waiting to get my haircut. Opened my Great Clips app and saw 0 minute wait. Got all excited and checked in via the app. It’s never a 0 minute wait. Hurried up and got there only to find not only am I not checked in, it’s a 20 minute wait. Looked at my app again and I checked in at the wrong Great Clips. D’oh!
