Just got home from work, kid and her mom are fighting about something again but I'm playing it smart and staying out of it. I think I'm gonna grab myself a beer and watch some Youtube subs in the other room for a bit until they cool down, then decide what we're having for dinner tonight.

Coffee and paying some bills with some YouTube playing in the background. My daughter's temporary bed (queen air mattress on the floor) decided to deflate in the middle of the night last night so I think we're going to go bed shopping for her today when we drop her mom off at Enterprise

Have watched it at least once. I was joking about the action. It was quite dense for me and not quite what I expected. The cast is fantastic though and now that I know it's a slow film, it won't bother me so much.

Nah, I knew it was a slow-burn of a film so I wasn't buying that part.

It does intrigue me so I will definitely catch it at some point soon, I still have it on my DVR.

My one day off this week. Between Chevalier and Sisu, I’ve decided that I’ll see Sisu today. Hit Costco afterward for some lunch and then probably call it a day as far as being out is concerned.

Well no sooner we were about to leave for Enterprise yesterday, my Ex received an unfortunate call from her mom that her father's health took a turn for the worse and flatlined. So instead of picking up a rental car I offered to drive her to PA. It was the longest 9 hr drive I ever had. Been a long day of helping the ex make all the arrangements and keeping the kiddo occupied. I don't think it's really set in that she just lost her grandpa, I blame it on the jet lag and lack of sleep Sunday night.

Anyway, the kiddo's napping and I just picked up a couple Yuengling tallboys and I'm flipping through the TV channels to find something decent to watch.

Drinking a cup of dirty water because apparently Holiday Inn employees don't know how to make coffee. I'll probably stop at Wawa for actual coffee on my way over to see if the Ex needs any help today before I head home. I think the kiddo's coming with me, we'll be back for her grandpa's funeral next week but I guess I need to confirm that.

I'm psyched to go to The Oilers Watch Party tonight. We've been to a couple and they're great!
The Edmonton Oilers start the 2nd playoff round tonight and I'm hoping it goes well!

There's been a big outbreak of fires near the city and also province wide. Hopefully the rain in the forecast happens soon.
I've got a pre-employment medical and fitness asessment in a couple of hours.
