Being that today is cheap day and I'm off tomorrow, I had thought about seeing a movie after work but I passed. If I had, it would have been Ministry... or Civil War.
In the meantime, I'm trying to pick out a movie to watch tonight. Not sure which one I'll go with yet.

And a few pics from today

About to go eat beans and corn bread for dinner then go get the ingredients for tomorrow's massive taco lunch. Running 23 miles this weekend, that's going to require a tremendous amount of calories.

They sure are. Not familiar with them at all except I know they have several different trims for their Chief and Scout models. I had never seen any of the bikes in person. That Harley Sportster S (bike(s) in first three pics) was quite slick looking also. It's a $17,000 bike though and my car isn't paid off yet.

I went to another shop today and took a few more pics
Honda Rebel 500 which is more in my budget.

And then some toys

Played a decent amount of Persona 3 Portable on my laptop and watched more Melissa & Joey.

Tomorrow - 4 mile run, upper body session, making al pastor tacos, 4-8 shift and a 8:30-9:30 Zoom appointment about interviewing for case worker jobs.

Sipping on a Starbucks iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso, LA Guns blasting on the Hair Nation and the sun above shining down. It must be Friday. Wait. I'm being told it's only Thursday. That won't do. I'm officially changing it to Friday. Enjoy your weekend, folks.

Hard to believe you've never seen it before.

Just got back from the other local bookstore location with 3 new books in hand, watching Melissa and Joey before lunch and tonight's 4-8 shift.,

It's a lot of fun. Fraser cracks me up. The 4K UHD disc looks really good too.

At Applebee's after work. Had thought about going for a bike ride after work but decided not to so here I am. While I was waiting for the hostess, a DoorDashing Latina came in. Muy guapa

Yeah, there are a lot here. A lot of them seem to be from Colombia. And a lot of them are hot as

I'm going tonight with my brother and a couple of friends. Great film! I remember seeing it in the theaters when it first came out, and numerous times on DVD/Blu since. Can't wait to see it on the big screen again!

On topic: Finished homework for my class. This semester is now done. Next one starts after a week-long break. Now, I'm just relaxing for the rest of the day before the show tonight.

Ah class breaks, I remember those days. I want to see the Mummy in theatres again, will most likely go Sunday if I don't end up picking up a shift. Mummy and Boy Kills World feels like it'd be a good double feature.

You could do the revenge movie double-fecta of Boy Kills World and Monkey Man. (I don't know if you already saw it)

Speaking of Monkey Man, I was wondering why Universal wasn't promoting the movie in India. Then I saw the movie - India will never promote that film.

I have zero interest in Monkey Man. We'll see what happens, 15 mile run may mean I don't feel like spending the bulk of my remaining Sunday at the movies instead of at home playing games on my PPSSPP emulator.

Was it the nonstop advertising of the trailer and commercials?

It's decent even by revenge movie standards (a lower bar.) I'd give it a 3.5 out of 5.

You bustin’ my balls? I’ve seen it plenty of times!

They were giving out posters today. Not sure if it’s a Regal thing.

Got my replacement discs from Kino. Well…they just sent me sealed sets.
They’re worse than the originals! Jesus H…. glad I picked up some beer.

Yankees at 8 tonight.

Yup! Saw it back in ‘99. I still remember picking up the VHS- one of my final ones before I got a PS2 which was my first DVD player.

It’s so good and has aged well. I was so happy for Fraser when he won Best Actor for The Whale. Quite the comeback.
