I still need to try Canes. Looks like they’ve got a few locations down near Philly. That lemonade is probably damn refreshing.

McCrispy is rather mediocre & honestly my least fav chicken sandwich. I only ordered it because it was on sale and a new offering. Their standard McCrispy is such a CFA copycat that it even comes in a bag.

The Cajun wasn’t bad though. I would get it again for $3.

Finishing up Scargiver on Netflix before I head in for tonight's 4-8 shift. Guessing it'll be about an hour at the local jumping place then some time at the park he likes before I take him home and go to the gym to hit the weights.

I used to love CFA but their prices went up like crazy and the chicken filet is way smaller. Apparently they “flatten” them now but it’s consistently bad recently. Used to be a massive chunk of chicken. Here’s a photo I pulled off Google which is in line with my experience.

Wendy’s -spicy chicken-although they’ve gotten smaller too
CFA (used to be #1 for me)

Oooh I've never had chicken from Shake Shack before and I don't eat McDonald's. I do like BK's chicken sandwiches but my recent health kick as I try to reinvent myself again at 44 means I eat a lot less fast food. Chick Fil-A was just never that incredible to me - long waits and closed on Sundays.

Cane's is just average, guessing some people love it for the same reason people love KFC - it's a drive through assembly line place you can get chicken at.

I guess the sammich deal is only good once. They pulled a Wendy’s. I thought it was one every day for the week.

Oh man. I was in Philly for a conference around 10 years ago. Took the Escalade! Ended up going out for drinks and had a blast but the one guy could pound them back ordering the largest size on tap.

He was a huge dude and I could not keep up with him bar hoppin’ all over Philly. Little Andre the giant. We hit both Geno’s and Pat’s heh. I prefer Geno’s wiz wit! Fun Drunken hangry times! Tony Luke’s is aight but so so for a franchise. No idea how I functioned the next morning. Got back to the hotel around 3.
