Today's 18 mile run crapped out at mile 12 as I felt exhausted right after I sipped some Gatorade and ate another running gel at the end of loop 3. I probably could've done the last 6 miles but it would've been an absolute slog and I've learned not to break my neck in training. Overdoing it in training takes the fun out of running and can lead to injuries.

We'll see how this week's 3 5 mile runs and 8 and 13 mile runs on the weekend go before we decide whether or not to slide back to a lower mileage training plan. I'm more inclined to slide back, going to train for a 50K after Grandma's and I imagine Hal's plan for that is going to include quite a few miles.

My grass is coming up in little patches but pretty thick heh. We’ve had rain this weekend so I’ll be firing up the Toro next week for sure.

And now I'm about to sit down and watch Dances With Wolves since I get to sleep in until about 5am tomorrow. I think this will be my first time seeing it since first watching it in the theater with my mom back in the early 90s. Apparently it's almost 4 hours so not sure if I'll make it all the way through but I'll give it a shot.

And apparently the disc can't play on my PS4 and I'm not sure why. I think I'll play a match or two of WWE2K19 and then watch Inglourious Basterds.

Was a gorgeous day today. My lawn was getting long. There's something cathartic about when your lawn gets a bit too long and you mow that sh!t down.

Great movie but yes very long. Are you getting any error codes or just invalid disc?

I gave it a quick wipe with my t-shirt lol I ended up going with 12 Years A Slave which I haven't seen since the theater. Fassbender has just entered the film.

Some of my SW 4Ks just won't stop skipping and the price is so high I'm just going to keep them until an inexpensive option presents itself.

Twinkies really won 12 games in a row then lost just to be 19-14 lol

I thought you said none of your movies skipped..

Did this always happen with your SW 4Ks?

Off the top of my head..

Solo, A New Hope, The Force Awakens and Empire were all scratched and needed replacing. Disney discs are pressed in Mexico which ain’t good. You do not want to know how may discs were scratched from my recent DMC order.
Ok I’ll tell you…

Grab a flashlight, inspect the discs and report back.

Yup, they have scratches, I think due to poor stacked disc packaging.

LOL I'm not taking pictures of the discs, I can see the circular lines just fine.
