I need to get in on that! I think it goes through next week. Tomorrow is fry-day at Wendy’s and 50% off drinks at Starbucks so you know where I’ll be.

Been calling a few trash companies to get pricing. I have Waste Management which I'm convinced is a subsidiary of Barone Sanitation.


Get billed every 3 months up front. Bill is over $200 for trash and recycle now. $40 increase from the last bill. I actually had this happen last year and called to cancel. They said I was on a plan that was older and they’re very competitive now. They got me down to $120 which I agreed to. But here we are a year later…back to normal. It’s like Directv!

Wonder what they’ll try to pull this time. I’ll stay if they get me down to $120 again but I doubt it. Competitor is $30 a month but they do not do recycle. Looks like there is another company with the recycle option for $40 so not bad. Still $80 less.

Crazy thing is WM charges a pick up cancellation/disposal fee for your garbage cans. $75! Get ya coming and going.

You actually got me hooked on the Great garlic! That is a damn fine sammich! I also enjoy the Pickleball club which is kindve hilarious as I hate pickleball players. Just love me some pickles!

Yeah..it definitely is. It’s probably time to drop ‘em. So many people use other services. I would say within my area (give or take 3 miles) there are 5 homes including myself that use WM. Everyone else is using a competitor. A guy moved in down the road and had WM. Within a few months he already switched! So WM is losing a lot of contracts due to their mob shenanigans.

Your bill is shocking! I pay $15.29 each month for trash and recycling pick-up.

My village contracts this service and trash/recycling pick-up is part of my overall monthly water/sewer/trash bill issued by village hall. My entire bill for the month was under $58.

apparently the boxset flap was so damaging torn when i remove the dvd had to throw it away now going to sit naked while other 3 dvd boxset are good on my black wooden bookcase with the rest of tv shows and movies boxsets it don't look like that what's in pic anymore gone meh

Having lunch at Chili's. I'm not sure if I'm off tomorrow from work. If I did, that might determine what I do after lunch. I could go for some ice cream and there is a Cold Stone not far away. But I'm trying to save up so I'm kind of making myself live paycheck to paycheck. While my meal of $15 certainly isn't expensive, maybe I'll wait to get ice cream on a day when I spend even less. But, Cold Stone does sound really good right now.
