These are iced, no burnin'. But yeah, I've had leakage before. I think they simply mixed up and put the proper lid on my cold brew. Uphill battle.

I was at a CK client's house, was waiting to be given the all-clear to go home from a shift that was canceled. Got a drink instead from Thai Delight when I went there to get my mother her tom kha gai for mother's day.

Huh...it sounds like you got a different lid. My big boba straw fits through the sippy lid but I did not use it. They probably mixed 'em up.
I'm pretty sure it's the same lid as they use with the cold brews.

So did you end up with Subway yesterday or not? You mentioned it was a 45 minute wait.

I discovered that some Subway locations are cheaper than others.

Walmart Subway - $12.19 for the great garlic Wabo special
Gas station Subway - $10.39

Worth it to use the app and punch in different locations. I've discovered this with a lot of fast food joints. Wendy's is like $2 more for a regular meal at a place off the main highway vs. in town.

I bought Subway online after I got home and then I ate 1 of the footlongs for dinner. Ate half of another for breakfast and will finish it off for lunch.

Just got off the phone with DMC. Last day to order is 5/20.

My Star Wars steelbook order arrived and they were all dented to some extent. They should have shipped ‘em in a box. They're sending replacements. Also put in for Avatar 1&2 replacements as the packaging is garbage and all my discs were scratched.

I figure might as well before they close down shop. They are awesome when it comes to replacements and will be missed.

Yeah and thanks again. I still have one to eat today and then since today is the last day, I got two more sandwiches. You mentioned about different prices at different restaurants. When I went to place the order yesterday, I was going to go to this one Subway but I ended up going to a different one. The price was a little lower at the Subway that I went to which was a nice surprise. The cost of the Steak&Cheese was a little more at the one I went to but the cost of the Philly (more expensive of the two) was cheaper so I did save some money.

As for the Frappuccinos, I didn't finish the second one and I still have a bit left in the fridge. I think I'll put it in the freezer for a little while this afternoon. I set my alarm for 1am (plus a 9 minute snooze) to get up and catch the bus this morning at about 1:37am but I thought another hour plus of sleep would be nice. As it turns out, I don't think that I ever fell back asleep

Yeah that's why I don't miss naps. It was hard to get the desired amount of nap time and they always disrupted my evening sleepy time. I do love coffee but I love getting a good night's sleep more than having extra java.

Glad the “Subway” shop around worked out for ya. I’m guessing the franchisee can set the prices and considering Walmart is a “convenience” they charge more there but I save like $2 going elsewhere. Although today I opted for the Walmart location as I was already there but not only did I over pay..I got screwed out of meats!

Good call putting the frapp in the freezer. You can also strain the ice out so it doesn’t melt and dilute the deliciousness!

Mowed the lawn for the first time this season. Still had gas from last year but it went fine.

Got Bridge on the River Kwai today so I’ll be watching that. Tomorrow should be dope as Dune 2 & Killer Klowns will be arriving.

Waste Management took my containers this morning. Good riddance but I can only imagine what their “final bill” assessment bs prorated charges will be. My guess is $100..just to cancel service. They charge $75 just to come and pick up the the containers.

That is a really sweet steel! They seem to go in and out of stock before release day. Still waiting on confirmation that Dune 2 was allocated to stores but from everything I’ve read….it’s online only. There is no Walmart exclusive for Dune 2.

Could be the same for Godzilla x Kong, however the Walmart exclusives tend to be available in stores. That was the case with the Wonka Steelbook. If you are unable to secure one, Shoot me a PM before release day
