That is our good friend cousin Eddie. He continues to be the gift that keeps on giving.

Nothing wrong with a nap in the afternoon.

I'm working right now. I worked yesterday too. And I'll be working tomorrow as well... Can someone please tell me the other rules of this whole adult life thing?

Need to run a few errands today and hit Sam’s Club.

I’ll be snagging Wendy’s for their free fries today along with hitting Starbucks for their 50% off drinks deal.

Maybe some Krispy Kreme & grabbing Jersey Mike’s for lunch.

Have fun with those sliders! Don’t forget the blue cheese.

Do you make people who enter say…
Watching more Spartacus on BD before 4-8 shift.

I doubt anyone with cooking acumen would call me chef, I've simply gone from someone with virtually no cooking skills to someone with below average cooking skills. Probably need more practice and a cooking course at some point to move up closer to restaurant quality cooking.

Nah! You're easily a chef. I'm what you described yourself as. I can't even cook burgers or chicken. I've had to turn in my man card. Who can't cook a burger or chicken? I can't cook meat, dangit! That's sad.

I am mediocre at cooking burgers, I can pretty much only do medium and as my 3 batches of sliders yesterday proved, I still need to learn how to properly fry chicken on a stovetop.

To me a chef is closer to the level of my former brother-in-law or my parents, at least as far as amateurs go. A real chef would be someone like Padma Lakshmi or Gordon Ramsay.

Got back from running my errands. Starbucks ran out of the new boba drink so I went with the mango dragonfruit lemonade refresher.

Got my donuts. The one in the middle is peach cobbler. It was ok but I wouldn’t get it again. Hopefully the banana is better. Pretty crazy 6 donuts cost me $12!

Peach is a fruit I'm coming around on but I wouldn't want peach in a donut. $2 a donut isn't so bad if they're good donuts. I like Dunkin but ours come off the back of a truck from El Paso.

12.66 with tax. I guess you’re right that it isn’t so bad considering they are technically a speciality donut and limited time.

Krispy > Dunkin for sure. Dunkin’ Donuts actually come frozen!

Going to leave for 4-8 shift a few minutes early so I can swing by Jersey Mike's in Las Cruces and pick up my sandwich. If I like the way the restaurant looks, I will take my individual there tonight to eat his dinner before we head to the park. Really need to get my hands on the schedules for the free Las Cruces activities so we can expand his community activities outside his comfort zone.

If you don't mind me asking, what is it that you do for a living? It sounds like something naughty, but I know it's not.

I can't even cook a burger at all. Don't know what to do period.
