What are you doing right now?

Just made some beef pasta for dinner, it was good. I grill ground beef to help drain the grease, then place it in a cooking pan on the stove. I then added half of a yellow onion, garlic and a bag of frozen corn. I then boil rigatoni pasta. With the ground beef I then add some Italian seasoning, low sodium salt, some pepper & diced tomatoes. The last thing I do is add pasta sauce with the ground beef and let it cook for about 15 minutes. I used a nice sized bowl, put the rigatoni in first, then the rest on top. I top it off with some parsley and mozzarella cheese. The cheese is so good because it melts onto the food. It was very tasty and I have plenty of left overs for another day!

The plan would be to work full-time for Amazon and prn for BrightStar elder care when it makes sense for my schedule. I expect to get hired by the Amazon contractor but we'll see. 4 10 hour shifts a week (they said Wednesday through Saturday) would be perfect. Go for long runs on Sunday's and watch cowboys games at my sister's house.

Trying to figure out why my hot water tank is suddenly leaking - how convenient. And it's not going well and now i have a very wet mess to deal with.

Just got home from Chili's and doing some other stuff. Meant to eat lunch about three hours sooner than I did but took an unexpected nap when I got home from work.

Almost 8pm and about to pick out tonight's movie. I think whatever I watch, I should be able to make it through. Hoping I'll clean up the place a bit when the movie is over.

Just got back from the supermarket. First thing I scanned was a single onion and the kiosk went crazy and started flashing. Took several mins before someone came over. They had to enter my age…for a freaking onion?
