I'd hate to see anyone leave here, But maybe you should try and just take a break for a little bit then see how you fill about staying or calling it quits.

I think I may be too soft for the internet. I don't like the criticism or confrontation that happens online all the time.
I believe that when you talk to someone online, you do it the same way you do as if it were in person.
I was at Canadian Tire a while back and the three clerks that were there, were bashing customers. I said, "bashing customers while one is front of you...wow!" Two of them bolted right away and the one that rang-in my purchase didn't say a word. They thought I was oblivious or a chicken-shit that wouldn't say anything.But the thing about that is, they were wrong and I confronted them about it, and not a word was said about it. If someone had said something, I would've replied in a (hopefully) respectful way. But that didn't happen. Stuff like that happens a lot in my day-to-day happenings with people and I am tired of it. I wanted an iPad for my girlfriend but because the salesdude is/was an idiot who doesn't talk to people correctly, she doesn't have one yet. I could go on and on about this sort of thing.
Today I asked for some advice on-line and, being impatient, reacted in a bad way when I didn't get what I wanted in an appropriate (to me) time-frame. I hate my impatience bad enough but when I get a reply that boils my blood, I react, and then hate myself for doing so.

I dunno know Grim Reaper. I gave a lonnnggg winded answer to a fairly innocent and basic question, yet I am still wondering.
I wish I wasn't so confrontational, but I am glad that I don't accept people running over me.
I just wish that respect could be assumed, instead of being such an out-of-this-world act.

what you did at Canadian Tire was right - in my book ! kudos for that.

I am confrontational too. very much in deed, too much. got into fights etc. that`s no good - but one has to stand up for ones beliefs !

your welcome, I agree with you on the idea that you should treat everyone online with some respect as if they where talking to them face to face . But some times you just need to take a breather from blu-ray.com I didn't chat on the forums fore a few years till last year.
