Its 3:30am and I can't sleep, so i just finished de-cluttering the amassed collection of coffee cups and water bottles out of my cupboard to take to the donation centre this weekend. I also decided to delete all my social media accounts as well. Now I'm gonna lay in bed and watch some YouTube.

I'm on my 2nd pot of coffee, so I think I'm going to fix some eggs and bacon for breakfast. My daughter just text me that she and her mom were heading home from doing some black Friday shopping this morning. I'm curious where they went and what they found now. I haven't seen much of anything in the ads I've perused. Besides she sent me a picture of nearly a foot of snow that had fallen last night, so something had to be worth venturing out for. Me...I'm still holding out for Cyber Monday deals, black Friday as far as I'm concerned died years ago.

Fuse swap is pretty simple so hopefully they didn’t get you too much for that. Places like Advance Auto or Auto Zone do that for free.

Are you running all season tires on the SUV or do you put on snow tires? I try to rotate my own tires to save a few bucks but my back def feels it for a few days.

I let the guys at the garage do it.....I live in a townhouse development, so really, no room to really take off tires and rotate them myself. With my a 15 yr old son living with me too....I never have the time anyway.

I need to start getting massages again. Deep tissue and sport massages can help with Restless Leg Syndrome, which I have. It doesn't hurt to try. It also doesn't hurt when your massages end happily. I'm currently hearing the sound that the Queen is Dead. Never got the recognition that was so sorely deserved.

Oh yes, all of the snow is gone and my car is ready to go. You need a ride? Well I have a price and can be bought. I could probably use a new iPad Pro with protective case. I think that could get me to play Driving Miss Daisy for the day

Bro, are you sure it's a mouse? And if so, just ONE mouse? Damn... I hear mouse tastes like chicken, if you're still figuring out dinner because that mf'er wouldn't be running around my house anymore if it got into my leftover turkey. (FWIW i lived in the country, we not only had mice but moles invading our living space and getting into everything. A buddy of mine thought he had a mouse/rat problem it ended up being a damn squirrel. Don't f**k around, they're all rodents and need to be taken care of promptly.)

That being said, I'm currently checking the trackers on my recent online orders and fixing some chili dogs for dinner. I'm getting fed up with the shift I'm on, it's getting so bad I'm tempted to move on from this company after 15+ years. I need to go back to school and do something worthwhile with my life, I'm not getting any younger though, is 40 too old to re-enroll in college?

Def not just one. Caught 2 already this month and thought I was good. I would know it if I had a squirrel in the living room.

The turkey is safe. He got into the gravy & stuffing. Seems to be evading all traps.

I had a few older people in my college classes. It’s normal and I would not let that dissuade you from enrolling. My MBA classes had even more as many older people end up going back to further their careers. The one guy was in banking and said he could not advance without a Master’s Degree.

Drinking coffee to wake up for work in an hour, and ordering new snow pants for my daughter so she doesn't freeze her butt off this winter. She's not a fan of bib-style snow pants which is what most kids her age/size wear, so I had to hunt down a good pair of snowboarding pants in her size.
