But I agree with SF, the refreshers are very refreshing. Perfect summer/warm day drink. Surprisingly the sugar content isn't off the charts if you're watching that kind of thing for your training & diet.
Looks like they ditched the Kiwi and Pineapple flavors to bring in Strawberry and Blackberry. My beloved Dragonfruit likely won't survive much longer which will be sad.

In CA, you got the nice weather to walk in...not so much here, yet. So, one of their refreshers is on my list to try out.

Started doing cardio now (about 20 minutes running 3 days a week) to help with the recovery and maintain the weight in the right areas and keep the abs in check.

I wonder if that's a locale thing? Because I'm pretty sure Strawberry has been a long-standing choice out here for some time now, but I've yet to see blackberry on the menu. Don't think I've seen dragonfruit, either. The strawberry-lemonade is my favorite.

It's actually raining here so I hopped on the treadmill instead. Normally I love going for walks in the rain, but just not during working hours. Gets too messy.

Good plan! Can't neglect the cardio. 3 days should be optimal and not be too detrimental and take you out of that positive nitrogen state.

The Strawberry has been on the menu for a while. I think last summer because the Kiwi wasn't around back then. I'm sure it could be a locale/region thing. I have not tried the blackberry one yet.

Wishing I could access an old Lowes or Home Depot order pertaining to some exterior wood stain. Trying to find the brand and color I had gone with to match it.

No-spend day today unless I go to the post office to mail out a package. But no spending on other stuff like eating out. Came home from work and took a nice nap. I think it's about time for lunch and then I'll browse around on the internet for awhile.

Got gas at Sam’s. I always pick the wrong time. It was packed. But it wasn’t that bad. The sun was out, I had my iced cold brew and the Hair Nation on. Although by the time I got to the pump I was doing the I gotta pee dance. Curse you iced cold brew.

Take a photo and show the paint tech and they should be able to match it.

The gas line always sucks if it's backed up. I love going in the evening as you can pull right up with little or no wait.

Yeah something changed with Home Depot. Last summer I needed a receipt for a motion-activated faucet that I bought back in 2019 for warranty purposes. The order was still accessible. More recently I was looking for another receipt for something else and noticed they only have I think up to 2 years of orders available now. So I've been printing my orders now to PDF and saving them for big purchases or anything that has a warranty.

Reading BizCat's post, I was curious as to how long they go back for previous orders. I really appreciate that Amazon seems to go back all the way to your very first purchase, in my case, made back in 2007.

I forget how to do it, but there's a way to export your complete order history to an Excel CSV file. I do not want to know how much I've given Bezos since '04

Also been on eBay since '02. Damn..I am old.

THURSDAY:

Five and a Half hours until WWE 2K25!!!

The roster is STACKED this year but the DLC is going to be a mix of disappointing, wonky and awesome. Why they are sticking NBA players in the DLC...I will never know.

Happy Friday Eve!!!

See ya,

~LD

Ah hell, I got ya both beat. Made my first Amazon purchase in 1994 I think for a book for college when they were still only a book retailer. But that's not something I want to brag about lol

Edit: Looks like it was actually 1995 or so as that was when they opened. Like 1 year really helps my case.

Actually, I can 1-up you on that one. Back in the mid 80s, my mom purchased a coloring book from Jeff at a garage sale in Seattle. It was actually the first coloring book that I ever owned. It was brand new so I got lots of use out of it.

You messing with us? Was it a random guy named Jeff? Amazon wasn't founded until the mid-90s.

Just finished a 4 mile dreadmill run, getting ready for bed.

Didn't get a route today, they said it was a scheduling error, looks like I'll have a route Friday and Saturday at least.

If I got in line by the Costco just across the street from my home.....by the time I got my gas, the radio station would have changed formats to "The Lost Hair Nation".
