I'm legit asking to understand...what do you mean by "same guy?" Like, weight-wise or something else? I mean, he's 60 now. Unless you're Lenny Kravitz or Mick Jagger/The Rolling Stones and are filthy rich, you're most likely gonna gain some weight and age a bit.

Wellllll after I missed the vinyl, I bought the CD set.

I would go after it but it's crazy expensive.
Can you persuade me?

Sorry, I should have qualified my post, I own the CD boxed set, not LP.

Well that sucks, but still the CD set is nice. I only have Abbey Road on vinyl and while I have others on my short list that I would like to get, this CD set is enticing. But geez that would just add to the countless CDs I've collected over the years, plus what my wife brought to the collection when we got married.

Driving down the backroads of rural PA and I see sf's house. I was about to turn in and surprise him but I see he has a dinner date. So I kept on driving. Maybe next time, sf, I'll stop in and we can pop in those LOTR LDs.

Lets be honest here, his house is more than likely surrounded by furry little tree rats who have developed a certain skill set to keep panhandlers like yourself away.

His mannerisms are all very drawn out and flamboyant. I've been following Counting Crows for over 30 years now and I've never seen Adam act "swishy", for lack of a better word. It's like he went all YASSSS QUEEN overnight or something. it's not awful or anything like that. It's just a bit off putting at first. Like seeing someone you've known for years suddenly start acting differently and doing things they've never done before. I hope that all makes senses and clarifies things a bit.

I bet it was Squirrels that put holes in your boat. Don't you know to never go boating with SF? I thought everybody knew that.

Sure, I suppose. Not to get in a pissing contest, but when I was in college, I saw them open up for Cracker in Montreal (1993) right when Mr. Jones blew up so I feel as though I can say I've been with them during their entire run and based on my experience, don't feel as though the dude has changed all that much over the years. If anything, I appreciate the fact that he has openly discussed his mental health issues as a result of their meteoric rise to fame after the first album and his stressful time before the recording of the second album. That industry can and has swallowed artists whole and I feel as though that band has stood the test of time, is still relevant today and that he seems to be one of the more grounded and real people in the music business, but what do I know?

Anyway, all good and again, agree to disagree.
