Yep, I used the opening scene in Master and Commander to show off my system all the time....one of the best for surround effects, and use of my subs.

See, this is exactly why I don't want to touch other people's phones lol.

Just hold your phone out to me when you want to show me photos or whatever.

But then again, if I ever heard someone express this same sentiment, you bet I'd be the first one to stage a photo of me on the can using my phone, and next time I saw said person I'd say "hey check out this photo" and hand them my phone.

I am just jealous of your office set up....most members here would die for that same set up in their living room.

I had another VA appointment today. It was actually on Wednesday at 11am but I rescheduled it since I also had a 9am appointment and didn't want to wait around for the second one. My 9am appointment actually ran late until about 10:20am or so but I still didn't want to hang out for another 40 minutes.
Before I left the clinic today, I got my blood drawn and the Asian girl that did it was pretty cute. She asked me my birth date to confirm it and I thought about making a joke about her asking to see if I'm too old for her

Movie theater afterward for a large popcorn and then on to Costco where I got the hot dog combo. Home now and looking at my pile of laundry that still hasn't learned how to fold itself. I should have shaken the shirts out to prevent them from getting wrinkled but on well. Who knows how many more days the pile will still there. Maybe forever lol

Time to watch some YouTube. I might go for some more travel videos.

Ah. Well... um... uhh... yeah, I got nothing.

But that was also 16 years in the making, which initially was just an AVR I kicked down from an upgrade, and only for music. The company I worked for at the time were of the mindset, "why have one app/system when you can have 5 that do the same thing!" And i had to make them all work. I guess some of that rubbed off on me when said company also decided to let me work from home.

Relaxing a bit after a 1.5 hour chest, back and arm day workout. It was rough, but the pain I feel right now is the "good kind".

Oh, by the way, I set a goal to gain 40 pounds back in November when I joined the gym (by eating right and working out without expanding by waist size). I officially did it as of today. Started at a weight of just 144 pounds, and I weigh 184 now...and my waist size remained at 32 inches. Not bad for an almost 58 year old!

They confirm your birthdate so the vials don't get switched up, not so you can hit on the girl. Nice effort though.

The VA sent me an email about updating my VGLI stuff which I need to complete.

--Currently at Starbucks but the place is packed. Probably gonna order a Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade refresher in a bit.

I have never gone to the VA, even though I got out of the Army back in 1988......maybe I should?
