Insurance is playing phone tag with me. I uploaded the photos online and they didn't accept them because I failed to submit them using their app. Just stupid. Why have the ability to file a claim through their website if they push a stupid app.

So I had to do it all over again. Apparently the adjuster assigned to my claim is on vacation.

I know it's totaled because the car is old. The question is how much will they give me for it. The mechanic said it was probably best to just let them take it. The undercarriage is rusted good. He told me the car would still pass inspection but even if I get another year out of it..then what? Drive it to the ground? My AWD system is also not functioning properly.

It all depends on how much they give me. I have a figure in mind so we'll see if they will be close. Not that they care, but the car was well maintained and was never in an accident.

I am not surprised....next to lawyers, I am not sure which is the worst.
