Looking up "How to cook boneless spare ribs" on google......
I got a pack that looked fantastic from Costco (good ol' costco!) and they were pretty big, and I marinated them overnight, then grilled them, and they were still pretty tough.... I've tried the slow-cooker method too, and didn't like how they turned out.... perhaps I'll stick to steak ![]() |

water and beer...boil them until they are cooked through, or almost cooked through.. then, slather them in BBQ and then grill em..only enough to make the sauce as blackened as you want..you don't need to cook them on the 'Q..it will dry them out. |
