![]() I can tell you that in my personal life I've had to deal recently with hospitals' billing departments and my insurance company, and it has at times been such a maddening experience that I wanted to jump through the phone and beat the piss out of them. Had either given an answer, good or bad, I could've moved on. The whole "I can't help you, talk to your insurer" and "I can't help you, talk to your hospital" thing is enough to make me go mental. ![]() |
