Oh man, as a guy who doesn't normally read fiction, Goosebumps was just amazing. I never heard of Eerie, Indiana until a couple of years ago, though.

Also, I'm shocked with the weather here. Some parts of this country are 15 degrees, of all things (no, not Fahrenheit, ya Yanks). Where's my icy Winter, DAMMIT!?

After browsing the Mary Poppins thread and seeing Walt Disney mentioned a bit, I just read the first paragraph or so of his wiki page. His grandfather was born in Gowran, Ireland which was 10 minutes away from where I was staying when I was recovering from my car accident

So surfing net and eating ritz on my first break of the day. Started at 3am and if I work until 2:30, I'll have 50 hours in 4 days

We're all a little whacky here...SOMEONE should be able to identify this.

The dude next to me at work is droopy eyed and a little....SLOW.

He doesn't smell like anything but he's having trouble hitting keys on his keyboard and he was talking to the manager about something that happened 2 years ago and he's popping breathe mints.

If he isn't drunk....what is he on??? (unless it is just vodka) Can't smell anything.

Sounds as if he's high to me, especially since he's a bit out of it and he's popping breath mints, probably to mask the smell of the drug.
