that's not good.

you might wanna cleanse every once-in-a-while. but at the very least you might wanna go see a doctor just to make sure. and if you do make sure you tell him/her what your diet consists of.

A bad diet could certainly lead to diabetes but I guess it's like most things,a lot is down to your genes,some people smoke like a train and don't get cancer.....

I drink almost only wine now,with a few whiskeys here and there but that is only the last few years,it used to be beer and worse,whatever was cheap going back in the day,that white cider is the worst but that was few and far between.
