I don't know, he says he get those type of threats and he's trying to protect himself and his family by wearing a mask. Anyway, some get pretty emotional over TV's. Fanboy-ism can be toxic and dangerous, just like some fans will try to maim and hurt you over their favorite sports teams.

Considering that he treats everyone who questions him like a complete idiot (sounds like someone I know, ahem) then I'm not surprised he'd cop some shit in return, but physical attacks? Nah. He's not an informant for the mob, just a mook in a mask posting nonsense TV settings on youtube and throwing shade at anyone who disagrees. It's all well and good blasting people when you've got a mask on, he's just afraid to make it personal at his end.

One would assume that the mask is just for branding/marketing, outside the internet I'd imagine he's like most folk ... your neighbour three doors down couldn't pick you out of a line-up and they're generally not going to strangle you with an HDMI lead because you said their TV can't follow the EOTF.

Additionally, I don’t believe his consumer TV conclusions/assertions are tainted by a financial quid pro quo in collusion with any company as has been alleged here. Must say also, before I visited this thread, I’d never even heard of Quantum sp? TV guy before, so I don’t understand the attention given.
