If its not here by March then your probably, right they've just created the labels and registered the tracking numbers.
Exactly the same as what mine is saying. Thanks mate.

Im sure I was sent a link ages back but I really want to watch it on disc. That is why I am so fed up of the way it has been handled.

Customer Service doesn't even acknowledge that the update hasn't changed since 7th Feb.

Spoke to Paypal and they said I am able to claim my money back if I wish to do so.

So what are people’s opinions of the actual documentary (putting aside issues with the physical release)?

I'm in the same boat as a few others, my copy is coming to the Uk and
I got my shipping notification on 6th February, however since the 7th febuary it has'nt changed still says in transit to destination. I was not overly worried until i saw posts on twitter that other UK customers had received theirs, and the standard addition aswell, which is what I have ordered. The reply I got from when i emailed was that they were still shipping and all orders should be recieved by 10th march, but I thought that standard editions had shipped when i first received shipping notification, and that it was the 'corey', 'Elvira' etc additions that were still in the process of shipping, so surely I should of received my standard copy by now?

I got my Elvira copy in the mail just now. Everything was packaged nicely! I hope everyone that has ordered a copy gets theirs soon and in good condition (and pressed).

I thought it was GREAT! at first, I thought I would only watch a little of it to ensure it plays, etc. Before I knew it 2 hours went by, and it felt like 10 minutes.

Sure it is breadth and not depth because they cover over 80 movies!

I am more than please with watching it - it was exactly what I was hoping for.

Plus, it was cool to see my name in the credits!

Marv and zx8001, I would advise opening a paypal case. The customer service from Creator VC is USELESS. I explained to them how the tracking has not changed since 7th Feb and how I spoke to both Fed Ex (who searched their entire system and found NOTHING) and USPS (who told me a label was created but not shipped).....the response? 'It has been shipped'. No acknowledgment of what I was explaining or anything.

Obviously it hasn't and they can't even be bothered to do anything about it.

Paypal checked the tracking for me and said the shipping label originated from SWEDEN! and not the USA.

Long story short, Paypal agreed that the package was not on the way and all RedSky Vision/Creator VC gave Paypal when they reached out to them was the same tracking number they had given me, which hasn't moved since 7th Feb. Paypal refunded me.

Open a Paypal case and get your money back chaps. They haven't sent us anything.

Just got my copy in the mail yesterday, and it is Not a BD-R. Poster was rolled lightly and everything looked really good. I have yet to play it, but so far so very good. Looks like they fixed their mistakes.

***However, I just realized I don't know how to check if the disc is pressed or burned... the label is clearly a stick on, but I don't think that will tell me much.

Thanks, looks like its my only option now. Very disappointing, its quite clear that we have not been sent anything and the lack of tracking backs it up. Was really looking forward to this aswell.

Other than it definitely Not being a documentary, I really enjoyed the "movie". It's simply a long collection of folks talking about movies, like what VH1 was doing 20 years ago, but a celebration of '80s horror is always welcomed...

This situation reminds me a little bit of the Rocktober Blood debacle.

Eh... that was pretty much a complete ripoff for everybody though. VHS transfer, BD-R, cheap cover. I mean literally nothing was quality about that debacle.

This documentary isn’t very in depth but rather a year by year of the horror movies that came out. I really enjoyed it and it did it’s job of making me want to watch a bunch of 80’s horror movies. I’m happy with my purchase.

Agreed. At the minimum you can dispute on grounds of "Item Not Received." If there is no confirmation of delivery to your address, they will not win the case.
