Because Infamous is a great game. But the comparisons between the two are rather pointless. They are both in thier own right great games. I personally think the only thing lacking with Prototype is the graphics, they could have stepped it up a notch, but it is multi-platform so they probaly ported it with as little effort as possible to get it out the door on schedule. They didn't screw the port, but they porbably didnt upgrade anytihng either for the PS3.

Infamous is an amazing game, and a exclusive.
Prototype won't get much love in this forum.

But I think the general public would enjoy PROTOTYPE better.

After reading point 10 I deleted the whole thing. It was an anti PS3 article, which would most definately would not be appreciated here. There were a couple of funny points though like the one about Alex not being able to drink water, so he is destined to die from thirst

Prototype is more fun to play than Infamous.
You literally just tear shit off. But I own both games, I like both games, and I can say that truly the quality of Prototype doesn't touch Infamous.

The graphics are eh. No attention to detail.
And the story is well ridiculous and everything about it reminds me RE.

I love me some Infamous but I got to give credit where credit is due, Prototype is sick.
But they are completely different games.

inFamous is a great, no doubt. but prototype, like tony says above me, is infinitely a "funner" game. and i have both a PS3 and an xbox 360 so there's no bias there.

I voted both because they are both great games. And I have played both. If the poll was only for people who have played both then the result woul;d be very different. People just come in here to vote for inFAMOUS without ever trying Prototype.

I would count all the "both good" votes as prototype votes. Since most of the Infamous votes are from people who never gave Prototype a chance as most posts suggest.

2 different games. but the controls for infamous "feel" a little more solid. but the gore and violence of prototype cannot go unsaid!

People! Just because you haven't played Prototype, doesn't mean you instantly have to vote for inFAMOUS.

To make a fair decision, I recommend that you play both games, just like t0nythebeat or Foggy.

I would vote but holding off because I don't know if I will be playing Prototype if it has as much profanity as I've heard. I can deal with some but I've heard the F-Bomb is dropped so much in this game. Any comments by those who have played the game whether this is actually true?
