Not sure if this has been posted, but ABC News reported that Harrison injured his shoulder while filming Indy 5 and is out for a bit

I sent this out to news sites about 5 months ago but they never picked it up. Anyway my friend works at a location scouting company in Havant, Uk and this came through as a location Disney/Lucas film were scouting to film this year.

Here’s a transcript though not verbatim:

I am working on a feature film that currently titled “PLT” for Lucas/Disney Film. Which shoots in the UK between June and August this year.

I am currently scouting for a “professors house” scripted in Oxford however we are looking at West London and surrounding counties. See brief before but suggestions welcome.

Shoot Date Friday 2nd July 2021

Prep 1 to 2 days beforehand and after shoot time.

Scene: our main character enters a house and tries to force his way though a door that has been barricaded from the other side. Behind him in the dinning room on the opposite side of the hall is a young girl who is watching him. Our main character forces open the door to a library where the professor has retired to, they have a discussion. Our main chapter leaves and the young girl watched him through the window as he gets into a car parked in the driveway.

The relationship to the rooms from one another is important. We need to see from the living room to the hall and the door on the other side of it.

Reference pictures attached.

Last night he dropped another tidbit.

They are looking for a rehearsal space in Englund to practice filming a motorised Tuk Tuk chase for Indy 5!

They don't necessarily have to do that if they have a good story to tell. It still makes bank at the Box Office.

It looked so difficult for Ford to just run in Crystal Skull. That herniated disc from Temple of Doom is painin’ again

My favourite “actor clearly can’t handle physical scenes anymore” moment was from the last Mission: Impossible film, where Ving Rhames briefly jogs into a frame for about 5 seconds and appears winded. Some people in the theatre I saw it with openly guffawed

Ford could barely walk up the steps in The Force Awakens.

I noticed that too. He couldn't even run like he use to either.

He’s purely in it for the money and doesn’t take his craft seriously anymore, either. Ford is an empty husk at this point, and he’s a detriment to the films he appears in

He was taking it seriously back in 1983 and 2002?

I think he was talking about how Ford only came back as Solo just to kill him.

Yes, but if he had his way it would have happened in 83. And that Russian accent he pulled out of think air, was probably one his worse moments as an actor. What Lies Beneath coming pretty close as well. Ford has a bunch of performances where he clearly was not interested.

Funny enough, the decision to kill off Han Solo happened some time after he agreed to return. The script they had when Ford signed on featured Han surviving and reconciling with Leia at the end of the film. Only later did Abrams decide to kill him off.

Yeah but he didn't the power at that time like he does today.

Watching his work with Peter Weir, you see someone really trying to evolve as an actor. He’s just so…lazy

He was great in 42. His scene with Chadwick Boseman in the tunnel after Jackke Robinson wilts in the face of the appalling racial abuse he's receiving is one of the best moments of either actor's career.

He's still into when he wants to.

And I'm sorry, but he was great in Crystal Skull. It was the script that was the problem. He was also great in Force Awakens and Blade Runner 2049.

And yes, 42 you could tell was dear to his heart.

Yeah that’s not true at all. In The Force Awakens behind the scenes they talk about how Ford had signed on for all 3 sequel films. Poe was originally going to die and Han was going to live. JJ later re-wrote the script thinking Hans death was going to be more impactful, and had Poe live instead.

Ford still came back to play Han again in The Rise of Skywalker, went to Star Wars Celebration 2017, went to Galaxys Edge opening etc. He doesn’t hate the character like the internet leads people to believe.

He does prefer Indy though.
