Every one has been set in a global setting, but Crystal Skull was filmed entirely in the US. This one will be filming in Britain.

Writers Room sounds like "let's create ideas for a bunch of Indy prequels for after Harrison's done, and we'll sprinkle in little references to them in Indy 5 so people have something to look forward to." Not necessarily a bad idea, but I'd rather they focus all their energy on making one last, great Indy movie with Harrison Ford before moving onto the inevitable reboot for a new generation (and this is coming from someone who likes Crystal Skull and was frankly fine with it being the last Indy movie we ever get).

Yes please! Get Alden Ehrenreich to play young Indy, and Ron Howard to direct. I'll watch that all day long.

So this is still happening, yes! The only project from Lucasfilm I'm truly excited for. But this writers room is almost similar with all installments of of Indiana Jones. Lucas write a story treatment, then a writer have few hours of brainstorming sessions with Lucas and Spielberg. Then the writer will go home and write the final screenplay from the notes. But I guess this time everyone in the room will co-write and share credits together.

I would love to see Sallah return in Indy 5. He was such a jovial presence in Raiders and The Last Crusade. I also kind of want to see a return to the desert, too, but a snowy environment would be great as well.

I could actually see Ehrenreich as Indy, I think he'd be good in the role. He did great as Solo so why not another iconic Ford character.

I'm unable to. Lucas is not involved, Ford is getting too old (he'll probably be 80 when production starts) and who knows if Williams will still provide the score...

I'm curious how they will explain Mutt's absence. I actually liked Shia in Crystal Skull but I can see why they probably don't want to bring him back for the next one. I expect some kind of brief mention about him being away somewhere.

Simple. He went back to school since he dropped out before, it would expand on the dialogue from Crystal Skull.

Start the film with Indy at Mutt's grave. He puts his hat back on and goes off for an adventure. Also, keep Lucas retired and away from this film. Heck, don't even let him visit the set...or go to the premier...or watch it on blu-ray.

Yeah, the fans clearly know better than the guy who actually created and developed the character. It has worked so well with Star Wars and all...

Lucas will be executive producer for Indy 5, he's just not involved with the story
