Not a problem.. I am not subscribed to any other site but this one. Thanks for the link, I think your Underworld Trilogy cover looks great.

Can anyone recommend a good printer/printing paper or how everyone gets their covers printed for the best possible quality.

thanks I think I will edit the backs on 1-2-3 in a not-so-far future though... They look like an edited template from the retail model, I'm not crazy about this actually!

Yes, in the UK we are stuck with the thicker cases. So if, like me, you want the custom covers, but still want to keep them together in the slip-case box the spines need to be made wider.
I don't know about the US box though.

BTW - Love the covers, I'm using your Bourne, Underworld and Public Enemies covers. Keep up the good work.

Lightbulb Post #2156: There is hope!

Hello everyone,

Well, I've hung back for a couple of days and had some time go go over this issue. I understand where the mods are coming from and their reasons for making the choices they made with my thread (A Clean Site Is A Happy Site! ). To the mods, I appreciate you at least coming on here and giving an explanation instead of just ignoring the requests. We will differ on our opinions on starting new threads, but that's life, we'll agree to disagree. I apologize for my initial comments as they were ones drenched in frustration not because of you, but because of the thieves that began this whole debacle in the first place!

I have found it hard to not be on here and have grown to close on this site and this thread to handle giving it up. You are all great friends (not you thieves!!! ), and I have greatly enjoyed my time here.

I have decided to give this site another try in hopes that the issues that have happened have been solved. I will be proceeding with caution tho, as I am still a bit weary. I will show off my new work but will maintain my rule of trusted members only OR members with memberships 6 months or older.

I attempted to make my MobileMe site a view-only one so members could see all my work, but not download. However, I was fortunate to be informed that there is some how still a way to get the full resolution cover even if the download feature is locked.

I therefore came up with a viable solution that will solve my problem at MobileMe and with not being able to have my own thread. It may not be able to be as in-depth as the thread, but it makes my life much simpler. My MobileMe account now only has my preview files on there for viewing only. Even if someone can get the whole file, it will still only be a preview. I have to get all 30 of my Academy ones in still, but for now it's up and running:

bpmford Design - Custom Covers

*Note, my Blu-Series are missing, mainly because I have halted requests for them to make things easier on me (50 or so requests at a time was tiring!).

I hope all the crap as of late can be forgotten and we can go back to being a happy community!

Thank you again for everything!

Brad (bpmford)

PS: Stay tuned, as I have a new cover to share with everyone soon!

Still wish the Custom topic had its own topic heading on the main page (or at least a sticky) and not something thats 'nested" inside another thread on a long list. I hope they will consider this in the future.

Hey BP are you going to be doing a blue and red cover for Star Trek Seasons II and III to match your season I? Nice to see you back!

Unfortunately I am in the middle of college exams so I wont be able to finish until the weekend.

you know i am so used to bpm's site that is now previews and was partially all preview before he took a short short short break, I had totally forgot how to download from one of those sites haha

and no i don't need UK alterations. I don't plan on using the UK cases if I can get away with not using them. I mean if I am OCD enough to get rid of the <12> on the spine, front and back then having a case that I know is the wrong dimensions isn't going to fly for very long. I will notice it every time I look at the shelf; just like I notice the damn slip covers (which I like but don't like that they break my uniformity).

It's not really nested. All of those used to be stickies, taking up huge amounts of room on the front page. I think a click and an alphabetical list is a lot easier to navigate than the entire first page being stickies.

I have actually put in a request to see if I could remove a couple more from the front page as they are already listed in that sticky as well. And we don't want to see a repeat of the whole first page being stickies do we?

As far as the subforum, still awaiting an answer.

Hmm that would be interesting. A mess for any sort of compilation list, would have to think about scraping webpages for new content or something automated along those lines.

Default bpmford - Tron Legacy

Well, I said that I would be posting one here soon, so here it is...

I know it's really early to do this cover, but I couldn't help it, i fell in love with the coolness of it and the rad posters that were out for it!

Hope you like!

Tron Legacy

Like I specified earlier, if this is a cover you wish to have, and you qualify to have me send it to you, let me know.

Excellent Tron 2 - perhaps a matching Tron now?

Very well done, the feel of the movie sure carried over to the cover!

So... I hate to even post this question but...

dv8pdx where all have you uploaded your Terminator Quadrilogy Set to fit the 5 disc blu-ray case, as well as the singles?

Reason I ask is I just saw them up at R1DB without anyone listed as the creator.

Was having my DVD Covers Fuzion pw sent and just happened to get an e-mail from R1DB for holiday discounted rate and went to see what covers where there and noticed yours right off the bat.

Edit: Saw your HP6 cover there as well, that one listed to you (and saw your chain of comments to get you credited for it) so I went ahead and posted a comment on all 5 covers saying they were yours.

Looks good BPM. I really like all the outer glow. Although I think that what you did with that bar code would make it not work :P
