can someone point me in the right direction for a template and maybe a tutorial on making custom covers? I have looking for a few on here and can't seem to find the ones I am looking for so I figured I would try and make them myself.

dv8 made a matching set for 1 & 2. i assume the links are done because of a recent finding of someone posting his artwork elsewhere; he said that links would be unavailable for awhile while he sorts everything out.

I would write him a PM if those are the covers you want. I know many of the artists here have switched to a PM request system with certain restrictions or qualifications before they hand over their creations for you to use.

Oh major typo on my "This Is Cover".... maybe cause my best friends last name is Michaels - I'll fix that on the final.

SO... as for covers going a stray etc on other cover sites... I've done a lot of thinking on this and the bottom line is, its going to happen. I don't post on every site and I can't monitor them all. Its bound to continue no matter what I do, if I post here, if I post there, I'll miss somewhere and someone else will post something, be it mine or someone else's. So from this point out, as long as I remember to add my signature to my covers, all my future posts will include a download link. This doesn't mean I'm giving permission to post my covers here or elsewhere without my ok. Just means I'll post them here and chase down those that do later!

I will have some that are exclusive to the sites I belong to, and I'll make that clear if I post a preview. So - direct download links are back with me.

And thanks to everyone who's been keeping an eye out on other sites for all of us that bust our backends to make these available for you all to enjoy. It really is a pleasure and an honor that so many people enjoy them!

I'm working on a cover for 'New Moon', like Twilight I've chosen to use the books cover. I think the covers are much better looking than any of the posters.
It's mostly finished, just requires the specs and specifications when they are released.

This request goes waaaay back, and I too have looked without success for a cover for the Jewel BD concert The Essential Live Songbook (which comes in a cardboard digipak). I am trying to consolidate my collection and need the following sets covers:

Spiderman trilogy
X-Men Trilogy
Mummy Trilogy
and would like to have one cover for both 28 days later and 28 weeks later.

Hey guys, I used this photo paper to print off a cutom cover but it sticks to the case. What kind of photo paper do you all use? Is it because its HIGH GLOSS photo paper? Should it just be glossy or what?

I use HP brochure paper.

I believe I use the glossy paper, but I'm not positive. I started using the paper based on a recommendation from someone else in this thread, or maybe an older archived version of this thread.

I can't comment too much on the quality of the printing as my printer is garbage, but it looks fairly good. I would prefer a slightly lighter paper stock than what I have, but it was all that was available at my local Staples.
