Ever do a photoshop tutorial? I did a bunch of those when I first started, and I still do them now and again to learn new things. The pen tutorial is a MUST.
I took a quick tutorial on layer masks because a few guys on here said they're really scary until you learn how to use them and then they are a great tool to use... haven't really had much time recently though... lots of stuff going on... one of these days though, I will end up being able to settle down and start on my hobbies again... like reading LotR again, trying my hand at PS again... and for the love of Eru actually being able to buy some more movies again

I purposely left them in black, so folks could add whatever effects they wanted. They're located RIGHT HERE; I hope you enjoy them.
I may be completely out of line here, if so I apologize, but would you be willing to post these somewhere else for non-members to download? They are fantastic resources for every HP custom wannabe like me.

Got any more?

Has anyone created a cover for The Ten Commandments? I'd like to move the discs from the gift set into a standard case.

Default Amadeus Director's Cut

After making a design for an Amadeus poster from scratch (http://karbacca.deviantart.com/#/d460gro) I decided that it would make a good cover for a blu case. I never really liked the original poster/cover cause it didn't say much about the film. So here is the beginnings of the cover with the details on back to come soon. ( I do recommend checking out the poster link above to see the original drawing in full detail.)

At least a total of 7 or 8 hours. Mostly from going through the movie for the screen grabs for reference.

I'll be making variatons on these with the UK/HK specs eventually.

Thanks to all who contributed the specs for the US discs. Tachaenon and Vidjunkie especially.

PM me for High Rez JPEGs.
Hi there,

I'd love a link to your great Conan the Barbarian cover. Thanks!

As a huge Muppet fan, I'm thinking of trying my hand at photoshop and making one for each "The Muppets Take Manhattan" and "Muppets From Space" (releasing next week) utilizing the original poster art for each. Has anyone seen anything like that out there thus far?

The official release covers are pretty awful generic photoshop jobs. "Manhattan" especially - in that the characters are the modern incarnations and bear little resemblance to the actual Muppets or outfits featured in that movie, and the title treatment is horrible.

I usually don't get too caught up in custom cover art, but some of the work I have seen from you guys in this thread is INCREDIBLE and I am in awe of your talents. :-)

I am taking a shot at doing a double feature for Ip Man, since I have a seller on here holding the German Region B discs for me on the site. This is what I got so far. The cover will be English, but the tech specs are going to list the German releases tech specs.

I have them posted on ImageBam as well, but because they are in black, the preview windows are completely dark as well. They will also take a while to load, due more to the dimensions than the file size. You can view them at the following link.

You would probably have to buy yourself a better printer, because I am sure some printing places would consider it piracy.

Anywho, I did the copyright info in German on the back, but the tech specs are in English and I still have more work to do on the back of the cover.

Which printer is recommended most? And Wouldn't using glossy paper make the cover too thick or no?

I know I might get shunned, but I just use regular paper.
