A few days ago, Bullmoose said they were “preparing to ship” my order (this and Fright Night), but still no shipping notification.

I wish this steelbook wasn’t so ****ing ugly, but it’s the only 4K outside that set, so I feel like I don’t have a choice.

Still hoping Taxi Driver gets a standalone 4K of some kind. That’s the one from the Columbia sets I most want, followed by A League of their Own.

After the initial debacle ordering from deepdiscount, my second order got shipped today. I am incredibly surprised but glad it shipped for $26.99. Let's hope it makes it to my reshipper and across the pond okay.

What are deepdiscount like for packaging? And also speed of delivery? I have a DHL tracking code but it isn't giving any information yet!

I didn't get a separate shipping notification, but after getting the "preparing to ship" email, my order page on their website had a tracking number.

Just received mine from them and the steelbook sadly arrived badly bent. Guessing they'll send me a replacement since they still have it in stock.

I checked my orders tab, but it just says I have no recent orders. :/ Hoping for the best.

Their orders tab has a filter that defaults to "last 7 days." Really stupid feature, but if you go back to your orders and then change the filter to a longer time frame, you should be able to see your order.

I received my order from Deep Discount last week. It comes in a thin brown paper mailer without extra padding inside. There is a tiny scratch on the front surface of the steel, but I don't get spooked by those, as long as it's small, which it is.

Shipping time was under a week, but I suspect it'll vary depending on your mailing location.

All in all, DD is a good deal. I don't get the hate. BTW, that Bullmoose image right above this post is much worse than what I got from DD.

I never got a shipping notice but my order from deep discount has apparently shipped out. I guess it mail roulette to see what condition it is when it arrives.

So now Bullmoose is sold out, and they didn't send out a replacement for my bent steelbook because, as they said, they had to wait until my return showed up on tracking. This is why Orbit, Diabolik, et al. are the only places worth trusting.

Hopefully my Amazon order doesn't get canceled or crushed.

EDIT: May have spoken too soon. I got a tracking number from Bullmoose.

FWIW my best buy didn't have any today. I guess it's possible they could have arrived early and already sold or haven't arrived yet if they are getting some, but there is no tag on the shelf for it.

My copy just got shipped from Amazon with Aramex. Any experiences with that? I don't really care about the steelbook, the discs are what I care about the most. Are us that live overseas doomed?

Biggest risk with amazon will be the packaging, could well be put in a plastic bag. Although strangely I've seen a Kino 4k delivered from USA to UK in one of those arrive in mint condition. Fingers crossed for you!

I never had any issues with orders from Amazon US. They all arrived in mint condition, as you said. Probably because I always choose Priority Shipping and those get sent with DHL. I couldn't choose this time, Expedited Shipping was the only option.
