This is why I marvel at Christopher Nolan (No pun intended.): the guy managed to get a $100 million to make a biopic about guilt and quantum mechanics shot on 70mm that not only got the studios to get their projectors out of mothballs, not only won awards, but went toe-to-toe with superhero movies at the box office based on the director’s name. Love Nolan or hate him, that’s amazing.

For one, it's showing as $45.99 for me. Not sure what shipping was for you. Amazon was $27.10 ($30.48 now) when I bought what seems like the same thing, so I was wondering if it was different or there was a version I was missing. This whole thing has me so confused.

Is the only difference between this new 4K and and the older one an Atmos soundtrack? I read the Atmos is really nice on this one.

Is there any uptick in image quality with this new pressing?

Same same. I did have the pleasure of doing a little work yesterday over at MTI Film in Hollywood, who were deeply involved with the restoration. Saw the Lawrence poster hanging in their hallway (alongside Taxi Driver and other classics) and jokingly asked if they had an extra copy lying around. Needless to say I came away empty handed.
