I think it’s hideous, but I’d never let ugly cover art stop me from buying the movie unless there was a better alternative or I knew that the cover art reflected the poor quality inside, such as certain book translations.

I think the cover art is beautiful, but I'd definitely make some minor tweaks to better reflect the film.

Won't be getting it regardless because I have the film from Columbia Classics vol. 1.

Don't care about the art or a steelbook - Ill be using my large Blu-Ray collector's set to store this puppy. Been waitin' for that standalone release.

Can't imagine this not getting a regular 4K release as well. I think the SB art is pretty bad personally.

Talk about snatching defeat from the jaws of victory, it’s a tossup between this and the theatrical cut only for Lifeforce.

meh, I don't think the cover is that bad, 98% of the time I only see the spine anyway. And I'm pretty sure the disc content will be better than the DVD I currently have.

Last Action Hero and Gattaca are a couple Sony titles that started out with Steelbook only releases and then got standard releases later. Granted, they didn't start out getting a "standard" edition inside a limited boxset either.

Think I'll grab this one just in case and then sell later if or when a regular edition is released.

Exactly. It's what's inside that matters. With that being said, for some reason Amazon still decided to give me a full refund on my damaged Ghostbusters 4K set...not complaining though.

If they want to release this for everyone who missed out on it that's fine, i just think they should leave some bonus features or something on the classics vol 1 Arabia 4k release.
that way the set still has some exclusive features for being a limited set, and who wanted Lawrence of Arabia on 4k can get it,

dawn of the discs, already has the bonus features listed. The only thing that might not be on the new disc is, since it wasn't listed on the bonus features from dawn of the discs

Very Glad Lawrence is Finally getting that individual 4K release we have been waiting for ! Now those Greedy Thieves on Ebay are Finished !! : ) We knew it was coming this year for the 60th Anniversary. : )
