Well I guess my experience with corporate emails is different than yours. I have received only one, from GEICO who insures our cars. The CEO wished me well and told me if I am having financial difficulties rest assured that they will not cancel my insurance for non-payment. And they provided a # to call to work something out.

Financially, I am OK so it didn't apply to me but I felt it was great seeing them extending a helping hand to their customers if needed.

LOL - just got another one from the insurance company we get our renters insurance through. A "how you doing Lee" email along with a survey.

I work closely with both hospitals and doctors as part of my job. Everyday. I get the facts from the horses mouth’s, not from the media propoganda tablets that most seem happy to swallow.

My OH is a nurse here in the UK.

Here in the UK, we’ve been lead to believe that the NHS is completely overwhelmed and on the verge of collapse. The truth is anything but.

No we have not. What we have seen is NHS staff and carers working hard and doing everything they can to care for those who need it. Not every location has the same rates of infection and so some hospitals will be busier than others. That’s just common sense, everyone knows that.

The lockdown measures, which you are clearly against, is the thing that’s allowing the NHS not to be completely overwhelmed or be on the verge of collapse. You may think the lockdown is a farce, but it’s working, so assuming you’ve been complying, thank you.

So starting today our governor has issued a mandatory face mask order and extended the stay at home odder til May 15 to flatten the curve...wish he'd just get stricter with the stay at home order, because this shit just gonna get worse nobody's listening! Nothing's changed I've actually seen MORE people out in public since this whole ordeal started.
