It's going to take much longer in the US. Trump is right, at some point you're going to have to get the economy going again, and death toll be damned.
What in ze heck....

This thing will collapse your health service if it's left just to run without intervention. Which will then trickle down into, well, everything. And you'll still have the same economic impact as lockdowns, if not worse

You are also aware that you need people to have an economy, right?

Besides all of the above. It's suppose to be your presidents job to protect the lifes of US citizens.

I just turned on the HDMI ULTRA HD Deep Color option on my LG television picture settings, so that should help for now.

I'm optimistic; we won't have one million dead, in Quebec.
And the stock market is going to soar through the roof ...

On Friday March 20th, we passed 10,000 people dying. Today, 5 days later, we're at 21,000. That's unbelievable.

The latest numbers on France look really grim. They are joining Italy and Spain with having among the highest death rates, and highest number of patients in ICU.

These are XML codes. Don’t know if they work but if they do someone will have something to enjoy during all this.

You know adding a lime to Corona seems to work wonders. Has anyone tried using limes on this thing?

I guarantee you I could get on any number of said "hook up" apps and have someone at the house tonight. How's that for irresponsibility? You think people have stopped getting it on. Fat chance on that one.

The nurse at my doctors office just said to stay home and monitor my temp for the next week and if i get worse to call them back.

[Show spoiler]It's my first 4K UHD player.

I've been meaning to make the jump for a long while. I have a LG brand 4K television (Model # 49UF6700-UC), but it's an older one that doesn't have HDR (High Dynamic Range), and I have been using a standard Blu-ray player with it (which looks great, so I was not in a hurry to upgrade).

I had the foresight to start buying the 4K UHD+Blu-ray combo packs for movies I want as they came available right off the bat, so I've got plenty of 4K UHD discs to watch.

Right now, my setup plays 4K UHD discs, because I just tested one (1917), but a notification shows up telling me that I need a television with HDR in order to get the full effect of the new player. With my older 4K television, the HDR converts to SDR (Standard Dynamic Range) for the colors.

I plan to buy a newer 4K television with HDR capabilities as soon as the COVID-19 stuff dies down.
I have it.
It's great!
My first one was the 1st Gen Philips 4k UHD player.

Just the opposite.

The cardboard only holds the virus for up to 24 hours according to what currently know. It can live on surfaces like plastic and some metals for up to 3 days. If anything, the shipping box itself should be fine it it takes more than 24 hours for you to get it once it's shipped. It's the contents inside that may still be carrying the virus.

- Cardboard packing box - 24 hours
- retail item, inside with plastic shrink wrap - up to 3 days.
