It's not airborne like the flu, no. Respiratory droplets can stay in the air for a short period of time before landing somewhere else, like on another person, or surface.

What in the holy f**k is wrong with people? She should be charged with attempted murder!!!

Beyond that, soon people are just going to beat people that do that to death before the police even show up.

I think this guy was a case of being a 'super spreader'...because there's no way that many people should have become infected at a funeral from one person normally speaking.

That one crazy cult guy in Korea who refused to get tested infected 1000 people. It's that infectious.

Not much chance of causing infection. Unless the person picks up the fruit, and touches their face. They'd need to be touching their face a lot though to get enough of the virus to cause infection.

Otherwise just eating that fruit will only result in the virus dissolving in your stomach acid. Highly unlikely to make contact with respiratory cell from ingestion.

Ok, you eat it then.

Virus lives up to 3 days on plastic.....virus remnants up to 17 days later on the Princess ship....on fruit???

But there is many factors like virus stability, and the fact you'll need at least 10 virus particles to cause infection. Apparently cardboard is the most hazardous surface.

But all in all. Transmission from surfaces is relatively low. As the most direct form of transmission is from water droplets, as you'll breath those directly into your lungs.

The fact they found a bit of the virus 17 days on cruise ship doesn't mean it was viable and stable enough to cause infection.

All of which doesn't answer my question. Would you eat the fruit?

Of course not.

And I say cardboard is the most hazardous because I believe, unlike other surfaces. The effect of air doesn't decrease the viability of the virus as much.

Tough Friday today for a bunch?

It was for me, very exhausted, emptied and full @ the same time.
The news were advancing rapidly, too fast, it took me off balance.

My afternoon nap are getting longer, the days are slower, the clock says the same time every day.
Outside Spring looks cleaner, the air smell different. There were clouds falling from the rain below the sky.

If you mean psychological effects like it seems time is slowing down, losing track of time as well. I've experienced that.

I use this. It's a gateway to despair and depression.

What begins? Months of being locked down in your home, suddenly you are free to move around, but then there's a catch. People are bound to go a little nutty.
